Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Mentora IAS, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have designed the following policy to be as fair and transparent as possible.

A. Cancellation Policy for Products & Orders

1. General Order Cancellation: Requests for cancellation of physical products (e.g., books, study materials) must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests after this period will not be accepted if the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.

2. Non-Cancellable Items: Products ordered under limited-time promotions or seasonal sales (e.g., Foundation Day, Independence Day, Diwali, or exam-specific offers) cannot be cancelled.
Additionally, PDF courses are non-cancellable.

3. Product Issues & Complaints: If the product received is different, damaged, or defective, customers must notify our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt. Please include details and photographs. Resolutions may include replacement or refund.

B. Refund Policy for Courses & Admissions

1. Classroom & Offline Courses: Refunds are processed from the commencement date as follows:

  • Within 7 days: 80% refund (20% processing fee deducted).
  • Within 8–30 days: 50% refund.
  • After 30 days: No refund.

2. Online Courses – Full Refund Eligibility: A 100% refund is available if:

  • Request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • No services have been used (no questions, essays, or tests submitted).

To request, email support@mentoraias.co.in with your name and proof of purchase (transaction ID/receipt).

3. Partial Refund Eligibility: You may receive a 50% refund if:

  • Request is made within 10 days of plan commencement.
  • Usage does not exceed 10 General Studies (GS) questions and 2 essays.

If usage exceeds these limits, no refund will be granted.

4. Non-Refundable Situations:

  • One-time purchase PDFs or digital downloads.
  • Requests made after 10 days from plan commencement.
  • Usage beyond partial refund limits.
  • Dissatisfaction after substantial service usage.

5. Refund Processing:

  • Inspection & Notification: Review and response within 3–5 business days.
  • Approval & Timing: Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days to original payment method.
  • Missing Refunds:
    1. Check your bank/credit card account.
    2. Contact your bank/credit card company.
    3. If unresolved, email support@mentoraias.co.in.

6. Subscription Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Refunds are strictly as per Sections 2 & 3.
